Refund Policy

As products are made to order and branded uniquely to the individual, we will not accept returns of any kind. You have 14 days to raise any issues about a product. Refunds will not be made for change of mind. Refunds are decided on individual basis providing there is supporting evidence of damage/not fit for purpose after leaving our store. We have the right to fix to the problem at the buyers expense including remaking of a product.
